STÉPHANE LORAS
Formé au Conservatoire National Supérieur de Danse de Lyon, Stéphane Loras mène une carrière de danseur auprès de compagnies telles que le Ballet Preljocaj, la Compagnie Maryse Delente, la Compagnie Fêtes Galantes de Béatrice Massin ou encore la Compagnie Philippe Saire.
Il développe ensuite une activité de chorégraphe et de directeur artistique, collaborant notamment avec Angelin Preljocaj, l’Opéra de Los Angeles, Bobino et différentes productions de spectacle musical, d’opéra et d’événementiel.
Parallèlement à son parcours artistique, il s’investit dans la transmission. Il intervient auprès de jeunes danseurs et dans différents dispositifs de formation. Depuis 2025, il est Responsable de la pédagogie au Ballet Preljocaj et au G.U.I.D., où il poursuit son engagement en faveur de la formation et de l’accompagnement des danseurs.

Trained at the Lyon National Superior Conservatory of Dance, Stéphane Loras has pursued a career as a dancer with companies including Ballet Preljocaj, Compagnie Maryse Delente, Compagnie Fêtes Galantes led by Béatrice Massin, and Compagnie Philippe Saire.
He subsequently developed his work as a choreographer and artistic director, collaborating notably with Angelin Preljocaj, the Los Angeles Opera, Bobino, and various musical theatre, opera and event productions.
Alongside his artistic career, he has devoted significant time to teaching and transmission, working with young dancers and within various training programmes. Since 2025, he has been Head of Education at Ballet Preljocaj and G.U.I.D., where he continues to support the training and development of dancers.
