Karina Pantaleo – Artiste chorégraphique, interprète, pédagogue et chorégraphe
Artiste chorégraphique, Karina Pantaleo développe un parcours à la croisée de l’interprétation, de la création et de la transmission, en danse contemporaine comme en tango. Également coach de MUNZ BARRE, elle a construit son expérience auprès de nombreux chorégraphes et artistes, en France et à l’international, parmi lesquels Patrice Barthes, Germana Civera, Julien Guil, Yann Lheureux, Anne Lopez, Leonardo Montecchia et Yuong Ho Nam.
Titulaire du Diplôme d’État de professeur de danse depuis 1993, elle mène depuis plus de trente ans une activité pédagogique auprès de publics et de contextes variés, de la pratique amateur à la formation professionnelle. Elle intervient notamment en conservatoire, au sein de la formation professionnelle des Arts du cirque Balthazar et à EPSE Danse.
Son approche de la transmission s’est également développée auprès de publics spécifiques et dans des dispositifs dédiés à l’accès à la danse pour toutes et tous : Danse à la Crèche, PACE dans le cadre de l’Éducation nationale, projet DEMOS auprès de publics éloignés des pratiques artistiques, ainsi que des actions menées auprès de personnes en situation de handicap, notamment avec France Parkinson et l’IME-ITEP La Corniche à Sète.
Certifiée pour l’enseignement de la danse adaptée et inclusive, module mental, elle place au cœur de sa pédagogie l’écoute, l’adaptation et la qualité de la relation, en considérant le mouvement comme un espace d’exploration, de recherche et de partage.
La diversité de ces expériences nourrit une pratique fondée sur l’articulation entre exigence artistique, transmission et attention aux singularités des corps, et témoigne d’un engagement constant pour le mouvement sous toutes ses formes
Karina Pantaleo — Dance Artist, Performer, Teacher and Choreographer
As a dance artist, Karina Pantaleo has developed a career at the intersection of performance, creation and teaching, working in both contemporary dance and tango. She is also a certified MUNZ BARRE coach and has built her experience working with numerous choreographers and artists in France and internationally, including Patrice Barthes, Germana Civera, Julien Guil, Yann Lheureux, Anne Lopez, Leonardo Montecchia and Yuong Ho Nam.
Holder of the French State Diploma in Dance Teaching since 1993, she has been teaching for more than thirty years to a wide range of audiences and in diverse contexts, from amateur practice to professional training. Her teaching work includes conservatoires, the professional training programme at Balthazar Circus Arts, and EPSE Danse.
Her approach to teaching has also expanded to include specific audiences and programmes designed to make dance accessible to everyone: Danse à la Crèche, the PACE programme within the French National Education system, the DEMOS project for people with limited access to artistic practices, as well as initiatives for people with disabilities, notably with France Parkinson and the IME-ITEP La Corniche in Sète.
Certified to teach adapted and inclusive dance, with a mental health module, she places listening, adaptability and the quality of the relationship at the heart of her teaching practice, viewing movement as a space for exploration, research and sharing.
The diversity of these experiences informs a practice grounded in the interplay between artistic excellence, teaching and attentiveness to the uniqueness of each body, reflecting a longstanding commitment to movement in all its forms.
